EVA Interviews Paul Eckert

The next edition of EVA Interviews: The Business of the New Space Age™ is now published with my guest, Paul Eckert Ph.D. – Space Investment Summit Coalition Coordinator, (and International & Commercial Strategist for the Space Exploration division of The Boeing Company). Since 2005, I have attended a number of the Space Investment Summits and have always found them informative and interesting, often thought-provoking, and always great opportunities for networking with Space entrepreneurs and other investors and/or investment professionals.

Starting first as Roundtables exploring the potential for Lunar Commerce, they now bring Space entrepreneurs (and frequently their business plans) together with investment capital of many sorts – seed, venture capital, Angel investors and corporate finance – and with those who are interested in developments within the emerging new commercial Space industry. Paul shares with me his goals for these events, how they have evolved, lessons they have learned along the way and their plans for this next event and those in the future.

Space Investment Summit 6 (SIS-6), the next event, is happening very soon! It will be held on Wednesday May 27th, 2009, just prior to, and in conjunction with, the International Space Development Conference (ISDC2009) in Orlando, Florida.

To learn more about this event, the series and Paul’s overview and insights, please read the full interview.  And let me know if you’ll be joining us there!!
